SNOW

Can't wait to be in snow for Christmas!!!!! I have never been somewhere while it's snowing... I haven't really been in the snow many times.... maybe 5? SO excited!!!!Merry Christmas!

Best Spinach I've Ever Had.

I heated up my garlic-basil oil and put about half a bag of spinach in the pan and covered it for a few minutes. I let it cook down a little and then sprinkled some feta on it.

iPod.

I bought myself an early Christmas present a few weeks ago... the new iPod! I love it! It even has a video camera! And a pedometer! Hahaha! It even has RADIO built in! My first iPod was purchased in 2004, so it was time for an upgrade. I went from 4GB to 8GB and it weighs about 1/8 of my old one!
Now I just have to fill it with music!

Linguine.

I have stopped buying spaghetti lately... not for any reason, but I recently noticed that linguine is awesome. hahah. I don't know if I have ever purchased a box of linguine before, but I just went for it and it is way better than spaghetti! I like spaghetti, I'm just saying. Try a new noodle.

Pie!

I have been eating lots of pie to prepare for Thanksgiving.... hahah... and because I was watching Pushing Daisies and they consume a lot of pie and I think I was jealous. I bought a little Sara Lee apple pie and some vanilla bean ice cream. Very good. The pie is frozen and the perfect size and ready after just 5 minutes in the microwave. Awesome!

The box says it's 4 servings, but it was more like 1 1/2 ;)

I made some pasta the other night and added spinach, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, feta and balsamic... then a little garlic basil oil.... yum.

It has been freezing cold here. I like it so much! hahah. There is nothing I love more than crawling into my bed with all of my warm blankets and turning on my rain machine {until I can get the real stuff!} I think I have been sleeping better now that my apartment is cold! And saving money, because I don't need the air on at night :)
