Sorry I've been MIA lately... so busy! With weekends out of town and weekdays at work it's been hard to find time to post. Guess I'm just too awesome with my fabulous life :)

I made really good pasta the other night and had the best wine with it!!!

It was mini & regular bow tie pasta mixed with olive oil, balsamic, spinach, tomatoes and feta.
Totally delicious.
I tried a new wine too... Firefly Ridge Syrah. It is so great! You should try it :)

I am in love with weekends.

We've been making a lot of plans lately and I love it! My weekends have been booked up for the past 7 weeks I think...? This weekend we're going camping! Well, we're cheating a little because we're going to my friend's cabin, so there will be a bathroom, electricity and most importantly a refrigerator! Don't worry, we are still going to sleep outside because that is my favorite part of camping!!!

I made cookies yesterday and oh my, they were tasty! Well, okay I didn't actually make them... it was Tollhouse cookie dough and I put it in the oven -- still really good!

I love when my apartment smells delicious! Especially because I spent most of the day cleaning and organizing everything. The only thing missing was cookies :)

My lovely friend is FINALLY back from New York and she came down to hang out last night! We went to dinner for a friend's birthday but we were too tired to go out to the club with everyone. We ended up having a pretty awesome time at home! Started out with her showing me how they frolic around during the songs in Wicked ... turns out jumping is fun!!!
