PICKLES

One of my Groupons expired this past weekend, so naturally I waited until the last second and then went and used it. It was for Smashburger, which I guess is a chain, but I only knew one thing about this place -- deep fried pickles.

Oh. My. Gee. So amazing! They were perfectly bite-sized and crunchy, not only because of the obviously fried breading, but from the pickles! They were amazing. Definitely a little too greasy for me, but no complaints and I ate the whole basket. (Minus one that I shared with my friend.)

The burger I had was good too. Okay, I don't eat meat, but the black bean burger was still good. I put it on their "NorCal" burger (LAME NAME) which was blue cheese, lettuce, tomato and grilled onions. Yummy. Can't wait to go back for the Spicy Baja Burger and an oreo shake!!

Happy Turkey Day :)

It's one of the best holidays of the year! I love all the food and wine and dip and having lots of laughs with the fam. Hope you all have a lovely day as well!

This weekend I went to the snow.

Chains suck. I love snow. It snowed while we were there! I had my beach bag. Took pictures of every tree that had snow on it. Spent a lot of time in bed with the fireplace on. It was cold. It was fabulous.
