So I found this on Pinterest and thought it was a brilliant idea! You buy folders and roll them up to keep your boots standing up straight. And it totally works! 

Folders were less than $2 at Target and I have about 15 pairs of boots, but still have extra folders. They look so much better now. No reason for slouchy closet boots :)

Blackout

Finally got blackout curtains! I had them in college and they were fantastic. My new bedroom window has a lot of light... there's a light at night that brightens my room up, but the sunlight in the morning has been way too intense. And these curtains were only 12.99 each. Thank you Target for helping me sleep like a baby yet again. (I also have a sound machine... Rain<3)

It was finally hot and beautiful here (until thunderstorms Wednesday) so I went out and got a new summery polish! It's called "Speedy Sunburst." I love it.

To do list-

Wear a shirt that says "Life.". Handout lemons on street corner.

Hire two private investigators. Get them to follow each other.

Major in philosophy. Ask people WHY they would like fries with that.

Go into a crowded elevator and say, "I bet you're all wondering why I gathered you here," with a straight face.

April Birchbox! (A Little Late)

Totally LOVE my box this month!! The face wash rocks. Super exfoliating, but I don't like the scent. The face cream is lovely. The nail polish is teal and summery. The perfume (I own) adore. Yay Tay! Haven't used the face mitt yet, but seems cool. Kind of scared of the hair serum. Anyone else get that?

LENT

I am so proud of myself for making it through Lent this year!  I gave up Groupon and Living Social and Yahoo Deals and Google Deals and Sac Perks and CBS Local and ... well you get the picture.  It was pretty hard!  And my credit card bill was definitely MUCH lower during these 40 something days.  Tonight I bought a deal for one of my favorite taco places and it felt so good.  I am for sure cutting back on the daily deals though.

Target Tuesday: Olay

Linking up with Miss Tara this week to share one of my favorite Target purchases! I've been wanting a Clarisonic brush for a while, but the are sooo expensive ($100+)! I was doing some research online when I stumbled upon basically the same thing at Target by Olay. I've been using it for about 6 weeks and I'm in love! Not only does it make your skin feel super soft, but you can see the makeup and everything scrub away on the brush. I am using it 1-2 times per week, but I think that's all you really need. And at $29 it's a steal.

Linkin up to show what my Birchbox will have in it! I haven't gotten it yet, but the website tells me what's in it! I'm way excited. I ended up loving all the skin stuff they sent me last month so I can't wait to try out all these! And the nail polish looks fun and springy!

Linking up to show my new favorite nail polish! I got this as part of the V-Day swap and I LOVE it. Not only because red never disappoints, but the brush in this is amazing. It's really thick so it's super easy to put on (especially my right hand) and I only had to do one coat. Need more Sally Hansen insta-dri!

Presents!!

I've been working like crazy lately because today is my deadline. I can't wait to get this day over with and finally be able to sleep without thinking about what I need to get done at work. I love my job (which doesn't seem that common) and these deadlines are great. I hate having nothing to do and this definitely keeps me busy, but today is the day and I'm ready! It doesn't help that I am moving next week. So on top of working late nights and weekends, I am coming home every night to pack and clean! Because of all my hard work I decided to do what I've wanted to do for a while... and bought myself a little somethin somethin. Can't wait to come home and open my present! Pics to come later.

Closet Space

Linking up with Fabulous but Evil for a very serious matter. I'm moving next weekend and I am losing something very important: a CLOSET. I have two right now and my last apartment had two, so I've been spoiled. I've been browsing for options... but hopefully my dad can make me a pseudo closet. There is a little nook area that we think just needs a bar across it. And a curtain. But if not, Target will save me! A girl can't just have ONE.

Glasses

I have to wear glasses at work when I'm on the computer and I've started to notice that my eyes hurt when I'm home on my laptop. I think it's time for another pair of glasses to keep at home. I super love the new fad with the big frames, but I don't think they'd look that good on me. I super love these black Kate Spade ones! They have tiny print on the inside. My work glasses are Kate Spade and I love them.
