How can a proposition pass when it is so discriminating? I can't even believe that people think it is okay to take away the rights of others. I thought we were moving forward, but apparently people just care about themselves. "Protect the sanctity of marriage" ?? Give me a break. Most of America is divorced anyway. I wish more people cared about the feelings of others. What happened to all men created equal? How does who I marry bother anyone else? And how is that different from two men getting married? WHO CARES!? Who cares what other people do with their personal lives. It does not affect you. Get over it. Prop 8 should not have even been on the ballot. It is hateful and unconstitutional.
I'm hoping they sue the bejezzus out of this thing until it's overturned... again...
