MMM...

We had a potluck lunch at work on Friday for my boss's birthday.  It was a mini surprise party and we all made something to bring.  I have this secret [made up] pasta recipe that I wanted to make, but it isn't that good reheated, so I made it into a pasta salad!  I added 1/2 a red onion, 1 cucumber, 1 red pepper and 2 cans of olives to the pasta I normally make with my special sauce.I was going to chop up the whole onion but my eyes were tearing so bad that I couldn't!  Of course, it wouldn't be my special pasta dish unless it was covered in feta...

It turned out really good and everyone seemed to like it.  The only problem is I have so much left over I think I'm going to be eating pasta salad all weekend!  OH WELL!!!  It will be nice since we're going to have record topping temperatures in the 100's this weekend!
