I was excited about this box! I am always willing to try new hair curling products, so I will be trying out Pillow Soft Curls today. I used the razor, but it's not my fav. I like what I normally buy, but this is a $10 value so not mad. Once the serum dries out it might be a good razor. I hate the moisturizing stuff around it. Just seems like it never shaves as well. I am most excited about the cleanser, however, I will not be spending $38 for a full sized bottle. Hopefully I don't love it too much! More perfume. Sick of the perfumes. The body butter smells amazing, but I only use unscented lotions. Overall this box was eh. Thinking I'm gonna take a birch break for a bit. I have so many products right now that I need to use. I have found many awesome products from Birchbox!
I'm with you, this box was not my favorite. But I'm so hesitant. I feel like if I cancel, next month's box is going to be AWESOME. Great reviews love,

I received this same box as well! I'm most excited to try the Pillow Soft Curls as I've been hearing good things about it (and that it smells like fabric softener lol). We shall see!

ReplyDeleteI was so excited to try the cleanser too...but mine opened and spilled all over my box while it was on it's way to me :( And I wish there was an "opt out of fragrances" button to push for BB - I have gotten one every month...I do like the razor (which I guess makes the $10 worth it). Oh, well! Here's to hoping September box is better :)
ReplyDeleteI was excited about the cleanser because I love DDF products, but the $38 regular pricetag is just way too much for me. My husband would kill me if I spent that much on face wash! It will make a nice travel size, though.
