Garlic-basil oil.

I got some flavored oil last week and I am in love! It's not just for dipping. I have used it on pasta, bread & my favorite... tomatoes!
I got a couple tomatoes at Safeway and they were surprisingly great! I sliced them up, coated them with my garlic basil oil, then cooked them in a skillet and seasoned them with lemon pepper and salt.

Of course I topped it all with feta!! It was so good. I can't wait to make more! It was almost a healthy snack until the cheese, but oh man-- it was tasty!
