Ciabatta Rolls!

I bought some awesome rolls at costco and made a veggie burger for lunch the other day. I used the artichoke relish I got at Apple Hill... it was good! Kinda sweet, but also tangy. Love it. I put mozzarella and spinach on top of the burger too. Yum!
