Boil gnocchi for 3-4 minutes
Sauce:
8 oz tomato sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove
**oregano
**thyme
**lemon pepper
**cayenne
**onion powder
Cook chopped garlic in oil for a couple minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients, stir. Heat for another 2-3 minutes to let the flavors blend. Mix in gnocchi. YUM.
** No measurements for dry herbs/spices because I make up my recipes as I go. Usually 1-2 dashes depending on what kind of mood I'm in :) This time I was in a lemon pepper craze so I added about 4 grinds.
